Shipping Protection & Optional Tip Terms

Both Shipping Protection and Tips are elective services. Customers are not required to purchase either option in order to complete an order.

  • Tip: A voluntary contribution customers may choose to leave in appreciation of our order fulfillment and customer support teams.

These charges will only apply when the customer actively selects the applicable option during checkout.

2. Shipping Protection Coverage

Customers who purchase Shipping Protection may receive coverage for eligible shipping-related incidents occurring while an order is being delivered.

3. Refunds for Optional Services

If you decide that you no longer want Shipping Protection or a Tip after completing your purchase, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that optional service.

This applies even when:

  • The order has already entered fulfillment;
  • The package has already been shipped;
  • The optional charge was selected accidentally;
  • You simply changed your mind after checkout.

Once we receive your request, we will arrange the applicable refund as soon as possible. No additional explanation is required for the cancellation of these voluntary add-ons.
